I take privacy seriously. I collect only the information I reasonably need to respond to enquiries, work with clients and run the business.

What I collect

If you contact me through this website, by email or in another way, I may collect information such as your:

name
email address and phone number
organisation and role
enquiry, message or other information you choose to provide.

If we work together, I may also collect information needed to prepare a proposal, deliver the work, communicate with you, invoice you and keep appropriate business records.

The website may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location, pages visited and how you use the site. This happens through Wix, cookies and any analytics tools enabled on the website.

Please don’t send sensitive personal information through the website unless it is necessary. If you give me personal information about someone else, you should have their permission to.

What I use it for

prepare proposals, agreements and invoices

I won’t sell your personal information.

Contacting me does not automatically sign you up for marketing. If I offer email updates, you will receive them only if you choose to subscribe, and you will be able to unsubscribe.

Who may have access to it

I may use trusted service providers for things such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, accounting and business administration. I may also share relevant information with professional advisers or contractors where this is reasonably necessary to run the business or deliver agreed work.

I may disclose information if you ask or authorise me to, or if I am required to do so by law.

The website is hosted on Wix. Wix and other service providers may store or process information in Australia or overseas. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy and security arrangements.
